1. Kirkify - No Data Storage

Kirkify does NOT store any images or content.

• All images in Kirkify are processed in real-time only
• Images are deleted immediately after Kirkify processing
• Kirkify creates no backups or archives
• No images are retained on Kirkify servers
• Kirkify does not share images with third parties

2. User Responsibility for Kirkify Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create with Kirkify.

• Portrait Rights: Ensure you have the legal right to use any person's likeness in images. Creating deepfakes or face-swapped images of real people without consent may violate portrait rights laws.
• Copyright: Do not use copyrighted materials, protected templates, or intellectual property without permission. You are responsible for copyright compliance.
